Romad developer Geonovo wins UK Trade & Investment Competition

Geonovo, the British technology designer and manufacturer of the Romad personal mobile alarm, has won a stand place at the UK Trade & Investment (UKT&I) exhibition area of the Mobile World Congress Expo in Barcelona next year.

Twelve contestants delivered proposals to a panel of industry experts, with Peter Lusty, CEO of Geonovo, presenting the winning performance. Peter said: “You never know what to expect from competitions such as this, but I believed we had a good change to win as we are a rare thing – a British company designing and developing products for companies across Europe. We have built a strong reputation by delivering a consistently high quality product in the form of the Romad.”

Tunstall markets the Romad personal mobile alarm to provide reassurance for lone workers. The device enables them to pinpoint their location and call for immediate assistance should they feel endangered or in need of help.
